Delivery Instructions:

Please note that orders may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to correct the problem. We will gladly exchange the item or refund the amount you paid within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 
Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase.

Please Note: Refund for online orders has to be made directly from the store.

Store Pick-up Instructions: Kindly wait for the “Store Pickup Ready” email confirmation before visiting the store to ensure your order is prepared.

Please note: Orders not picked up within one week of the confirmation email date will be automatically canceled.
