Sandra Moneer

A 23 years old multidisciplinary Egyptian character designer, animator, and animation filmmaker. With 5 years of experience in the field and, an Annecy Nominated Film Director for the short movie “Play the game” The movie was also screened in other various events besides Annecy international animation festivals such as NYCC, and MCM London, Animatex festival. She Exhibited a short comic as well with “KOSHK Comics” in Sweden, Malmo A senior of the Faculty of Fine arts Helwan university studying BA Painting of the year 2022 And she is currently a full-time freelancer. Sandra believes in the power of art and its importance, as it’s a record of our history and culture. She also initiated campaigns to motivate making art for social change. As well as taking part in variant events and panel discussions that were aiming to spread local artistic awareness in the creative field. Held 2 illustration workshops for drawing for gender equality in the years 2020 and 2021. As well as Co-founding the virtual platform Talk to the Brush.
