Mariam Hosny

Mariam Hosny is a self-taught artist born in 2001. She lived most of her life in Tanta, El Gharbeya, before moving to Cairo for college. She is currently studying at the Faculty of Applied Arts and Sciences the German University in Cairo. She is currently working on a short film for her bachelor’s project. She has had a passion for art all her life. She loves painting with all kinds of mediums, especially oil paint, as well as filmmaking and poster design. She has recently participated in the art exhibition “Searching for Zerzura” at Arkan Plaza.
